Headstrong Pro is a mental health counseling service provider in London. They provide remote therapy sessions to people experiencing mild to moderate health challenges.

Headstrong Pro has 70+ counsellors on its platform. Headstrong Pro uses NeetoCal to allow their counselors to have the flexibility of working as per their schedule. It means all the counselors are free to pick the schedule that works best for them. Some counselors work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and some work only on Tuesdays. What time they work is also 100% controlled by them.

Some people prefer Zoom, and some prefer Google Meet. Headstrong Pro allows users to pick the video conferencing software of their choice. NeetoCal supports Zoom, Google Meet, and much more. It means counselors don't need to leave the tool they are used to working with.

Headstrong Pro uses the payment splitting feature of NeetoCal. With this feature, the payment made by the client is automatically split between Headstrong Pro ( the company) and the counselors (the service provider). It means no one needs to wait till the end of the month to tally the number and then to make the payment. It reduces the hassle for Headstrong Pro, and the counselors are paid when the therapy session ends.

With the recurring payment feature of NeetoCal, Headstrong has experienced an uptick in the number of clients choosing to have more sessions. Clients have complete flexibility in how many more sessions they want. The best part is that the client is not charged for all future meetings at the time of the booking. The client's card is charged a few days before the actual meeting.
